PC How do you communicate with teammates in game?

Do you use just one screen while playing 7dtd, or do you have more up and running at the same time?

Ever since I discovered discord, that is all I use when playing a MP game with friends. I have several monitors, but I only use my 3440x1440 while gaming. In game chat has a lot of drawbacks. Especially in competitive games that have a radius to hear you talking.
