How do I use the modlets installed with UL?

I see the modlets in the "Available modlets" window and I installed the JaxTeller fibercutter modlet. It shows up in the installed modlets window but I cannot find it in game. Can anyone tell me how to make this work?

Is it installed correctly in the game?  What does the mod file location look like with this modlet installed?

You might have to edit the xml's to make it compatible with Undead Legacy. So. like adding a weight value, economic value, and what the item type is.
