PC How do I somehow have first person view in vehicles?

I don't know what I did exactly. I was in cheat mode, just riding along, when my hand spazzed for a second so may have hit a key or two accidently but whatever I did, my view changed to this... https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/753719447936289316/1132CF1FD1061A2CA900E926A836C747329FAE3D/

A restart got things back to normal...but I really liked driving from that perspective actually. I've tried to recreate but can't get it back. My searches didn't hit. Any help?

change to third person view while riding while in debug mode...I think that works

there is a way to do it if that does not work...just cannot remember off the top of my head
