How do I load mods? - Long Time Player - First Time Modder

Hey all,

Can someone please direct me to a tutorial for how to add mods to the game? I already have the mods downloaded that I want to use (verified as working with A19), and I downloaded the 7D2D Mod Launcher. I just don't know the next steps.
