PC How can I get concussed?

I am trying to get concussion x 10. I got to 2 then can't seem to get concussed again. I have respec'd with no points in any of the health perks. I have walked around with no outfit or helmet (was still wearing miners boots and gloves though). I can get stunned but it doesn't seem to want to advance to a concussion.

Is there another perk that maybe has concussion reduction as a side-effect?

Any armor other than primitive will reduce the chance to get debuffs.  Try without any regular armor and see if that helps.  If not, try resetting your perks and don't spend any points at all and see if you can do it.  You may need to let yourself be hit a lot.  Those challenges are a bit of a pain to have because unless you let yourself complete them early in the game, it is a pain to complete them later.

This might have changed but the vultures used to be able to stack debuffs pretty quickly. You could try going in the desert with half health and aggroing some vultures.

Fight bears in hand-to-hand combat. They often break arms/legs and give concussions.

The only downside is, you might need to be quick with the painkillers so you can get the progress point before dying

Thanks for the advice. Might do the next horde night nude. Surprised I haven't done that already!
