PC Horde night defenses or Modify Zombie Strength ?

I feel like the AI is less of a problem than the speed at which zeds apply damage now. I don't get why the devs hate forts bases so much (evidenced by concrete nerfs and stainless steel removal after it became apparent there was trouble brewing). Cheese has become almost mandatory and the few designs that aren't cheese, still feel cheesy.
What's the goal here?
I agree, Devs seem to have the speed of damage too high.

There is no reason to build a fort base in A17 as it will be compromised in 6 mins tops... after you get past the first 2 BM's

Arrows on BM are worthless... It's now Path the Zeds and find 200+ rounds for BM...

Underground bases are now worthless and swiss cheese holes (created by fast digging zeds) show where an underground base is.

Most rookie players Just log out on Horde Night because the Mechanics FORCE crazy advanced play.

Pimps, all due respect ... Whats the real Goal on horde night?

It shouldn't be that hard to slow zeds damage on BM (so blocks and forts are useful defenses again)

Maybe add the zeds ability to find the common path a player uses to get in the bases... ALLOC's tools show that they track a players past pathing ... on horde night it would be cool for zeds to beat the heck out of a common door or route...?

Someone has now a full mod for A17 making the BM less... strange. He also got rid of the stripper zombie as he has kids. What was TFP thinking with that? Streamers can get demonetized. Larger backpacks too.

What if the path was across frames that were removed before the horde?... which many people do.

Hopefully we get a zombie block damage option, save a lot of us from yet another XML edit.

Improving the AI on its own is fine.

Buffing zombie block damage on its own is fine.

Doing both at the same time is retarded.

I dont understand the reason behind thr group attack bonus... actually i DO understand it... but its a thing that it only makes sense to have if zombies have a hard time breaking blocks... completely unnecessary with the unbalanced mess we have at the min, now if it was balanced so a lone zombie couldnt break concrete in no time flat... a group attack bonus would make sense.
