homer server save file lost

I am running a home server with steams server client, I lost my worlds save. Only things that I have done are:

Change IP addrress (churned my fios account to get new customer rate)

Updated windows 10 Pro to version 1903

Any suggestions as to what happened and can the save file be recovered?

Are the files really gone or is the server just unable to find them?

Likely it is the latter. And in that case you should read the sticky post in this part of the forum that tells you how to find the logfile and how to post it.

This is the local file on your machine. I would have to break into your machine to read that file :cocksure:

You need to use a file sharing service to give us access to the file. It is easy to do, you don't need an account or something. Read the sticky post how to do it.
