PC herbal antibiotics

Does anyone know what perk is needed to craft herbal antibiotics? I have all the ingredients, and the chemistry station, but when I try to craft them the little man with the college cap on his head at the right end of the listing for herbal antibiotics, is greyed out. I have several perks for crafting, but evidently not the one needed for this. I cannot seem to find any mention of herbal antibiotics in the descriptions. Any idea?

It's one of the few items that still requires reading a recipe, which seems to be exclusively obtainable as a quest reward (just like tasting & brewing, the recipe book for brewing beer).

I found on under the floorboard in a POI, wish I could remember which one it was, but they are out there in the world. Happy hunting

Hidden in the mountain man cabin. Haven't seen one yet in random gen.

I found one once in an ancient apache treasure chest in a house poi (random gen).

The chest there felt a little out of place, but hey i liked it's content.
