Help with War of the Walkers mod

My friend and I are having no luck trying to put this mod into my dedicated server. Could someone please help us figure out this problem. Youtube videos are not helping. Can chat on discord too.

I probably can't, cuz I have no idea how that mod works, but I can at least tell you that you need to provide more details about what seems to be the problem. What isn't working?

I'm just following the video instructions and the mod won't work. Copying and pasting the files it told me to do. There wasn't a whole lot of explanation on the video. Do I start the game on mod launcher or just load the game. But either way its not working. Just hope someone who has a working dedi can walk me through the steps they took. Thanks for your reply.

I tried the mod in dedicated server with my brother and all works.

Just the first time i needed to launche the mod by mod launcher the first time, my brother too and he join my game and work?
