Help - Mods not working

So when I load the game up, it loads fine. Check the console, log shows mods loading properly, no errors or warnings. However, when I get in-game nothing has been modded.?. I can't for the life of me figure out what's going on, so I was wondering if others are having issues or could give me some input on what the problem might be.

I would check the very top of your logs to see if the mod actually loaded or the modinfo.xml is wrong

I figured it out... somehow I changed the 'Config' folder for the mod I was testing to 'Configs'. So the log was showing it trying, and succeeding, to load the mod because the modinfo.xml was fine; but it didn't load anything else in the mod because I derped - took me oh so much longer to find the issue than it should have, and I'm still unsure how/when/why I would have changed the folder name.
