Your CPU does not meet the requirements of the game.  It isn't a CPU designed for gaming either, as it belongs in a data server. It certainly does not support hosting multiplayer.

 
still, I don't think the problem is just the processor. starting the game online, I fly out at the same place, catch a unity error, and when checking files in steam, one file is always downloaded.

First, add folder exclusions for the game and save folders in windows security.
2: Check your Event Viewer for an event in the Windows Logs/application and system logs for an event entry at the same time as your crash.

3: Set the swapfile/pagefile to be managed by windows. (even if you have 1 million ram, you need to do this).

4: Try a new Navezgane map as an experiment to rule out a problem with that world.

Definitely for a fact a GPU driver failure, dxgi: swapchain SetFullscreenState failed (887a0022). for example. NVAPI is Nvidia. It COULD be your CPU, but I doubt it, but since the CPU does handle the GPU, it's a possibility. Try nuking your drivers via DDU and try a new, freshly downloaded driver.
