Windows help. can't loot anything, can't deploy drones, and I keep falling into the map.

I've been using drone mods along with other mods and it still works playing in Navezgane.
then I added more mods along with NPC mods, generated a new world, and now the above always happens.

You have mods that don't work together. Or that are at least not able to work together in the order they are loaded. You're going to have to sort through your mods and pick ones that work together.
 
Adding mods is at your own risk. Nobody is able to debug your personal mix of mods for conflicts except you yourself.

A few hints though:

* **best hint ever ;)** Always read the logfile after adding a mod. If you see errors happening while loading a mod that mod likely has a problem
* Make sure to only ever use mods released for your version of base game.
* Always create a new game if you add or remove a mod
* Do not use mods that both change something about the same feature in a game. Especially do not use overhaul mods with any other mods unless their author specfically says it is ok
* If you get into problems you can remove some mods, create a new game and test it. If it works, add a bunch more mods, create a new game and test it. This way you can find incompatible mods as well
