Help! Can’t find my bike

I was building right next to Rekt and didn’t pick up my bycicle. Logged off and forgot to grab it, when I logged back on it was missing even tho it shows it on the compass.

Read thru threads but couldn’t find anything after 2.0. Anyone found a good way to get it back?

Playing on PS5 on Nav map and never had this happen before.

From recent experience, it's there, but perhaps you don't know exactly the precise location at which it was left, especially if you crashed. The inclination is just to craft a new one. But -- guaranteed -- you'll run across the old one eventually.

I don't know if this still applies, but I remember riding the mini bike back in Alpha 15 or 16 (when it drove a lot faster than it does now), and the map couldn't load the chunks fast enough to keep up. The game crashed (I think) and when you loaded back in, you were on your feet without a mini bike. But you were always further ahead down the road/path than where your mini bike was located. So if you could remember the direction you were traveling, all you had to do was backtrack until your mini bike showed up on the map. Then you simply walked back to its location and started to dig. It was usually only a few blocks underground. And when you reached it, it would pop back up to the surface. So if you don't mind trying this method, I would try this first before building a new one--unless you were too close to the trader compound, which means you can't dig there. Good luck!

Good info! I dug a huge hole down to stone but didn't go further. I didn't want to go thru all that stone to bedrock. I wasn't riding the bike when I logged off, I was building a bridge across that lake to make life easier so I didn't have to go to the bridge. I've rode around the lake and always go by that spot hoping it pops up. Making a new bicycle was so easy cause I already had the components so I just did that.

Maybe someday I will find it.......It was a gift from Rekt and those are hard to come by :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
