Playing with Headshot Finisher mode on i noticed that the zombies die to bleed damage. i'd expect it to go to 1HP and then the bleed does no longer damage the zombie and i have to finish it with a headshot. haven't tested with headshot only mode - maybe its the same there
Spike traps kill the zombies as well. for consistency they also should not kill (maybe dismember?) until i finish with headshot.

- 1. play headshot only
2. give bone knive
3. whack zombie and let it bleed to death
