Having an issue with prefab editor. Need help.

To best describe the issue I am experiencing, in the prefab editor under the Show Options menu, there are 3 options that have stopped working for me.  They worked fine up to 1.1.  But since 1.2, they are no longer working.

Show Unpaintable

Show Paintable

Show Terrain

Thinking that I had a bugged install, I have done a file validation many times.  Always came up with 1 file it needs to replace.  So, I cleaned the games data completely.  Everything.  Uninstalled the game and deleted everything I could find on my PC related to 7d2d.  Then reinstalled it.  It's a 100% fresh install with no mods at all.  And still those options are not working for me.  Can anyone help?

I did that.  I completely deleted 2 7d2d folders after I had uninstalled the game.  1 in appsdata / roaming and another in steamapps / common.  Unless there is another saves folder that I am not aware of?

I can't show that those 3 forementioned prefab editor features are not working outside of video proof.

But here is the output log.

Game log - Pastebin.com

Here is an image of the 3 features not working.  If you click on any of those circled in red, they just flash.  All other features and functions work perfectly.

Any other advice?  I don't know what else to do to fix this.

Sorry, the freezing weather created a minor catastrophe at my house/office, just was able to get back to the office now. I'm looking into it

@SandmanSA Hang tight, it looks like a fix for this has been done, it's a bug at the moment. It should be in the next major update coming soon. I'm asking for any workarounds anyone might know. I'll let you know if there are. Sorry about that, it's not on your end

@SandmanSA A workaround option thanks to Stallionsden:

Highlight the areas you want to remove temporarily to get to other areas with the z-blocks and ctrl+c to copy it and j to delete it (or paste it somewhere else) and paint/do what you needed to and then ctrl+v to paste it back where it was.

Takes more time but is a solid way to work around this until the fix hits live

I'm so sorry to hear about your weather catastrophe.  I hope all is well for the moment?

Thank you so much for getting back to me.  Thank goodness it's not something broken on my end and I would have to reformat my computer or something.  Anyway, I have been doing something very similar as to what Stallionsden had suggested for now.  Copy, remove, replace.  I can't wait for the default tools to get patched.

You're welcome! Soon.

And thanks, all good here now mostly, was just back and forth for a bit, didn't want you to think I forgot about ya :)

The patch has finally gone live, and I got to use it for a while.  It's good to have those features back again.  I got straight to work using all of them.  But I am noticing a few small issues with the way it's working now.  First, if you remove the check from Show Terrain, then remove the check from Show Decor or Show loot, the terrain completely comes back into view.  You would have to toggle Show Terrain again to get the terrain to go away.  Also, while Show Terrian is toggled off, if you paint anywhere near where the terrain is, or place a block, a chunk of terrain reappears around where you are working.  I don't remember this being normal.  Is this a new bug?
