Windows Hat not dropped?

Hey, so I watched the stream for the req 30 min back on the 16th, linked my steam, collected the drop, and then... nothing. I was confused, thought 'no biggie, maybe it will be added in an hour or so.' So I waited for it to appear, but now two days later I see people running around with it and mine still didn't connect... can someone help with that please? I was going to submit a ticket but I only found out you can do forums to my dismay.
