Not yet. There are plenty of bandaids for the time being.
Entering "gfx af 0" or "gfx dt 0" in the console helps a ton. Forcing lower anisotropic filtering in your GPU settings is another way to improve performance.
The two console commands will reset on exit so you'll have to reenter them once you start your game up again.
