PC Has anyone encountered this

I'm playing a multiplayer game on patch 1.18. I'm on random map and recently I picked up a block called "Tree tall grass diagonal" . In the description it says a decorative plant from the creative menu. Haven't been able to pick up one again

 
I have 1 log wood spike around my base that I loot feathers out of. There must have been a nest there when I placed it. I'm wondering if something similar thing happened to you with something you can pick up but its labeled as grass?

 
No I am not in creative mode. I'm in a. Multiplayer random map, I haven't tried putting it down and picking it back up. I will try shortly

 
Man that's gotta be a bug of some time. Do a bug report if you can. What happens when you try to just drop the item? Can you then pick it up again?

 
Sounds similar to the bug where Air was lootable - if you get a picture and submit a bug report that'd be awesome, I know the team would be interested in this.
