Halloween

Here's some Halloween ideas I'd like to see. (feel free to comment other easy implementable ideas.)

• Add more faces to the jack o' lantern (Hold R to see other options)
  
• Add an option to put down blood splatters with paint brush.
  
• Increase the amount of chance or times the spookiest weather happens during the month of October. (heavy clouds to make it darker, fog, once in awhile crack of lightning, off and on rain)
  
• $$$ Purchasable DLC costumes
  
• Craft-able cosmetics #doubt
  
• Decorate traders with jack o' lanterns and candles
  
• Give house, apartment, town home, and trailer POIs jack o' lanterns

The new event system would support some of that, but requires updating things to include special holiday things.
