Graphics edge glitches

When using either my own map or logging into someone else's map - my display shows glitches around the edges of the landscape pieces but the other person is having no problems. I am including a screenshot of the issue.

Aw, man, I searched for that without finding it. I didn't want to make a new thread for something already there.

AMD Radeon HD 6900 - about four years old?
