It makes more sense for the cooking discount to be under cooking or physician since they deal with camp fires and chemistry stations as opposed to engineering
On the campfire it's more expensive, on the chem station it's 1:1.

Plus how many cooking classes teach the students on making glue?I think the idea is that engineering-related recipes use glue (and duct tape). Food and medicine, not so much. The perk alignments are more by use-case than by the specific work station used.
You right, I'm dumb. Ignore me.It's 5:1 in a chemistry station or 4:1 with the perk.

Perhaps I consumed too much glue as a child, I would have given better stats. I think I was mistaking it for gun powder, but I'm unsure.Nah, it's just that glue is more complicated than it seems at first glance.
Bones:
7:1 at camp fire without perk
6:1 at camp fire with perk
5:1 at chem station without perk
4:1 at chem station with perk
Super Corn (gracecorn in the XML files):
3:1 at chem station without perk
2:1 at chem station with perk

crush up a bone +fat +glue => nutrabrain bar. You throw it, the zeds go after it, eat it, and then become semi-friendly NPC's for 5 hours. We should be able to eat glue in game. It actually has some nutritional value.

The paste/glue in kindergarten tasted minty.
That 'stuck' in my mind over the years. WHY did it taste like that.
This is stuff 5 year olds are using. Make it taste like a vegetable or something, NOT candy.
Unless we were supposed to eat it.
(which also begs the question of 'Why?')

That their worst conspiracy theory is about the flavor of glue....
