Windows Glitch - drone issues

We lost power while playing a few weeks ago. This caused the game to delete anything we had powering up a game mechanic - solar cells, engines, batteries. Fine, those are replaceable. However, it appears to have deleted our drones. We're unable to deploy new drones, as the game says we've deployed the maximum limit. I've scoured the interwebs looking for fixes and none have worked, including the jd clear function when running as admin.. Is it possible to have The Fun Pimps magicky our game so we can get drones back? We have no save files other than current, and this is for a multi-player game with two people.

This issue does indeed occur, and I hope TFP will provide a solution for handling drones. I remember encountering this problem before, and I resolved it by deleting my character and starting over.
The `unstuck` command didn't work. I found the coordinates using `LE`, but there were no items there.
