Glass panes occlude bodies of water

I searched, and expected this to have been posted, but nothing came up. Apologies if it's a Known Issue.

Window panes of glass occlude bodies of water.
A full pane occludes all, and a broken pane occludes just through the remaining pieces.

yes i noticed this as well. i camped in one of the orange caravans next to water. look out the window and you see the bottom of the lake no water.i had to go outside to check there was water where i was looking. went back inside the van and yep no water out of any of the windows!
