We really want Alpha 20 on Xbox and ps4, we are getting quite bored of the old alphas. PLEASE

It's not possible to update the current console version.
Once the PC version is finished, they will do a new console port based on the finished game. (For the new consoles) It will support cross-play on all platforms. They also say they want to make it backwards compatible to Xbox and PS4, but I don't have a lot of faith in being able to optimize it enough to work well on that archaic hardware.
