Generating World Error

Hi there!

I've been having some trouble in generating a customised world. I keep receiving this error after I adjust the world to my preferences and hit "generate world":

ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index

It's particularly odd as I had no problem customising and generating a world before.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't have any mods applied. Currently not at my laptop for logs, but it seems to be every time I want to generate a world with no towns.

Unfortunately, that setting doesn't work. Few is the lowest setting that works.
