Just spend 30 minutes trying to achieve all of the questions needed to log an "unknown red error on my dedicated v2.5 version sewrver".
I Had to create an account to access use one tool which needed a URL genertor and yes another account, which gave little to no instructions. I found some info on Youtube. One question requires a video on youtube ? Which I don't have or need for a static server screen unknown error. Didn't seem to be a Post button or OK button anywhere on both.
I surrender.
Such a long drawn out process to from an (IT PROFESSIONAL for 30 years) shame on you.
I gave up on the 2nd screenshot upload which went over 512k and didn't work.
I'm just gonna restart the server each day when needed.

You won't find anyone supporting the way the bug report system works (it is a pain), but it's not really very difficult. If you post your log on pastebin, you don't need any account to do so. You paste it, fill in a little info if you want, hit submit, then copy/paste the URL into your bug report. Takes 30 seconds. A screenshot or video isn't necessary unless it helps to show the problem, and most people just put a random link, such as to the main page of Google or YouTube.
