This is what I get, without end, for up to an hour. It's been like this for about 2 weeks (at least). Bonus Bug Points: I don't use controller, and this is PC. How? I also do not open the console, it just does that. I also don't know why it says (b23) for the version because I'm not opted into the betas.

Thank-you for submitting a bug report about this issue. Are you running steam in Big Picture mode? Will be moving this to "need more info". Could you please provide your logs at your earliest convenience.
