Cause for me it seemed strange that fun pimps themselves didnt made any guides for modding and it would be interesting to see these made by them

No, it's not common, but I've seen other devs publish a few tutorials for modding their games.
My guess is that, as with everything else in an unfinished game, The Fun Pimps are waiting for the XML files (and the game in general) to be in a stable state. Meaning they want to reach a point where they know they won't need to change them much anymore.
Until then, I don't think it makes much sense to release a documentation that they'll have to update several times before the game goes gold.
