PC Game just freezes

The time is always different, 1 - 30 min but the game freezes dead. The processor and RAM are not clogged, they are at 10-20% load, RAM is at 50%. This happens regardless of everything (with or without mods). It started with version 1.3.

Without mods the same, off in add. Providing acceleration of the schedule, reducing the schedule. At 1.3 V it was a little better, sometimes it did not hang for 1-2 hours on Windows 10. I installed win 11, version 2.0 everything became worse. I tried all the advice to no avail. Maybe someone can tell me at least where to look in the logs?

From my experience, this is a game bug. But how to fix it. The game is great, I don't want to refund!
