Game is stuck on "a19 b180"

Since the A19 update my game (via steam) has never downloaded any update? When I load game it reads - b180. I checked and ive opted out of batas - then gone back in and selected A19 stable. Still it never downloads. Saw some people with same issue on steam post. Any ideas?

It's probably because there was no change of game data. The latest experimental version simply became a new stable release.
