Game Error Failed to Execute 2

Trying to start the game on a new PC but all i'm getting is a Failed to execute 2 error. Tried verifying the game files, reinstalling, installing EAC as admin,... nothing seems to work.

Anyone encountered the same error?

 
Usually the error message says "Failed to execute something" with "something" the name of an executable. In case of 7d2d you would except the name of the game there

So my guess is that you might have edited the command to start the game and inadvertedly put a "2" in there (maybe you edited the desktop icon if you start from that?)

You might try to start the game once from the desktop AND once from steam to see if there is a difference.
