Game does not load start menu

When I load 7 Days 2 Die the start menu does not show, can anyone advise what can be done to rectify this please?

At a minimum, Xeno, we need to see your log files. The thread SylenThunder linked to will explain how to post the log using pastebin. Once someone looks at the log, pretty sure they will be able to fix your game.
