It may also relate the version of Windows you are using. The log shows you're on Windows 11 like you said, but there are different versions, including a very limited version (Windows 11 N) that won't run the game without first installing additional stuff that isn't included in that version of Windows. But that's just a random possibility. The log just doesn't really give any helpful information for the crash.
