PC Game balance improvement / Feature request : Respawn plants on fields

It is really unbalanced and unfair for late joiners when all POI farms and fields on the map have been looted bare so that getting seeds is unfairly difficult for late joiners on server. 
In loot respawn, also respawn POI fields with new plants.

I've not played on a public server since A17.   That being said, wow... thats gotta suck so bad.  But, good to hear they are going to fix that.

I remember we had been getting new plants when we reset a farm POI for questing. I could be wrong, so I asked another player and he agreed with me.
