PC FYI: advanced muffler connections do not work with padded armor anymore

There's a 3% noise penalty as I recall. The normal mufflers zero it out, the advanced used to make it even better. Lol. That was with a19 though. I haven't checked with a20

The whole point of padded armor is no movement penalty and no noise penalty. One of the guys we play with sticks with padded way into the game explicitly because there's no penalties on it and it still reduces crits a bit.

That's also me; I may be taking double the damage, but I'm taking maybe 25% of the hits thanks to the mobility.. :)
