Friends cant see me when join server and i can add them to team

Updated mod when it released and everything so far is fine except when the wife joins she doesn't see me at all and i cant add her to team. Same when we loaded into a old game. I joined in to old save fine but she lost all levels and couldn't see anything that was built in  base.
