and i want to use it for a mod .

i dont want to spend any money on it so i want some good free texture drawing program i can use .

any variants ?

Paint.net is what I use.

i have paint.net , does it have any special uv functions i dont know about , or its just manually (the way i do it)?

Just add an alpha channel.
