Summary: Forge crafting not able to utilize more than 2/3 of the available resources in the forge
Game Version: V1.0 b330
OS/Version: Windows
CPU Model: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz
System Memory: 16 GB
GPU Model and VRAM: nVidia gtx 970m (yes it's very old)
Screen Resolution: 1920x1080
Video Settings: low to medium on all settings
Game mode: SP
Map: Random World Generation: Seed- Holes (I think) West Xuyofu Territory
Did you wipe old saves? No I have another 1.0 save
Did you start a new game? No, on day 55 (is a 1.0 gen though)
Did you validate your files? Yes
Are you using any mods? No

Bug Description: can only utilize 2/3 of crafting material in forge at a time
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1)put material in forge
2)attempt to craft
3)does the same for cement and steel
Actual result: can only max craft using 2/3 of forge craftingmaterial
Expected result: To be able to craft using 100% of available resources in forge
