Sense foods get buffed with slow metabolism (S,M) for short ill add the effects for the capped version as well
- Boiled meat: increase HP by 2 and decrease food and water usage by 10%, for 10 mins (cap is 6 and the F/W by 20%)
- Grilled meat: increase HP by 5 cap, for 10 mins the cap is 10 and for 30 mins
- Corn on the cob: Increase sneak by 5% (get it... ears of corn... ears... sound!!!)
- Baked potato: increase HP by 2% for 10 mins, capped is 8 and 30 mins
- Boiled eggs: increase Looting speed by 10%, cap is 30%
- Corn bread: Increase base melee damage by 5% for 10 mins, cap is 10% for 30 mins
- Bacon and eggs: buffs stamina regen by 5% for 10 mins, cap is 10% and 30 mins
- Golden rod: buffs stamina by 5, for 10 mins, plus older effects, cap is 10 for 30 mins,
- Red tea; buffs stamina by 5 plus other effects for 10 mins, cap is 10 for 30
- Yuca juice: Buffs HP Regen speed by 5% for 10 mins, cap is 10 for 30 mins
- Vegie stew: Buffs Intellect weapons by 10% for 30 mins, plus 10 HP and stamina, (cap is 20% for 1 hour, plus 20 hp and 40 stamina)
- Steak and Potato's: buffs Strength weapons by 10% for 30 mins plus 10 HP and 20 stamina (cap is 20 for 1 hour plus 20 hp and 40 stamina)
- Blueberry Pie: buffs Perception weapons by 10% for 30 mins, plus 10 HP and stamina, (cap is 20% for 1 hour, plus 20 hp and 40 stamina)
- Pumpkin bread: Buffs Fortitude weapons by 10% for 30 mins, plus 10 HP and stamina, (cap is 20% for 1 hour, plus 20 hp and 40 stamina)
- Pumpkin Pie: Buffs Agility (somehow) weapons by 10% for 30 mins, plus 10 HP and stamina, (cap is 20% for 1 hour, plus 20 hp and 40 stamina)
- Meat stew: decrease weapon stamina lost by 20% for 30 min. (cap is 40% for 1 hour)
- Fish tacos: buffs sneak by 20% and +1 to agility for 30 mins, (cap is 40%, Plus +2 for 1 hour) plus stamina
- Sham chowder: buffs Healing speed by 20% and +1 to fortitude for 30 mins. ((cap is 40%,+2 for 1 hour) plus stamina
- Chilli dog!: buffs your melee damage by 10%, and +1 to strength for 30 mins (cap is 20% +2 for 1 hour) plus stamina
- HoBO Stew: Buffs your game stage by 5% and +1 to perception for 30 mins (cap is 10% and +2 for 1 hour) plus stamina
- Tuna fish and toast: buffs critical damage by 10% +1 to intellect (cap is 2% and +2 for 1 hour) plus stamina
- Gumbo: increases attack speed by 20% and increase reload speed by 10% for 30 mins, (cap is 40% and 20% for 1 hour) plus stamina
- Spaghetti: momma mia!, increase jump Hight by 1 block, for 10 mins (cap is 2 blocks for 20 mins) plus stamina
- Herbal Painkiller: gives straight 10 HP and increase healing speed at the cost of water (same as normal) cost 5 hops, 5 corn meal, 10 nitrate, 5 aloe and 4 mushrooms
- Herbal Vitamin: gives a lessen version of the Vitamin for 10 mins: (cost 5 yuca, 5 blue berries, 10 nitrate, mushrooms charcoal
- Makeshift first aid kit: gives you 35% of capped HP, (1 pain killers or 4 herbal, 3 grain alcohol, 10 iron (for tools), 4 aloe cream and 1 band aid
