Other than old Sham sandwiches and bottled water, most of the zombies seem to rarely drop food. I suppose the "Hungry Zombie" (A.K.A. Big Bertha) are the most likely, despite their name.

No, they were always eating something and thus carrying something but all of a sudden their diet changed. There should almost always be a pack of chips on them. ...we need some junk food in the game
