I know that it's just polishing.. but ill really love to hear buzzing when walking near a dead body or a filled bathub.. or a toilet.. or any rotting static-thing!

Not necessarily but can be cool a particle effect too.

It adds immersion and gives a little background noise AND a hint of what's coming in the next room.

Same goes for randomly add little moths swarm at night around electric lights (particle effect only can make sense).

 
I definitely second this. A cloud of flies or writhing maggots on a surface adds immersion and sets atmosphere. It shouldn't be too hard to do as an animated particle effect for blocks, which only displays at close range.
