gun keeps thowning shells when you switch weapon too fast. (after fire few rounds)

ok ive noticed this i though it was my amateur mod edits causing it . glad to know now i can stop re reading XML after XML and removing and adding mods trying to find the source .  i see your hard at work really do appreciate your expertise and excellent work . you Pants and Zuma Seem to make the best weapon packs that are the most stable and editable  .

not many people notice this bug, I spend most the of time on testing guns and notice this since A21experimental release. I have reported this bug but i'm not sure if I do it correctly, or they just don't see my report.
