Fix for bicycle not slowing down when rider runs out of stamina

Go to your (server)/data/config/vehicles.xml for me its line 320 Stamina drain under the pedals property you will see stamina drain is set to 0 for both walking and running change values as desired. I have fixed on my server because if not what is point of spending fuel in vehicles if bike runs for ever for free with no slow down.

Vehicles are faster and carry more items. Well, other than the minibike which is the same speed as the Bicycle and thus is probably not worth building.

And I a puzzled, I definitely use Stamina on the Bicycle when "running", so it definitely isn't 0.

it is 0 you use Stamina but you dont slow down when you run out. On my server with it fixed now you do slow down when you run out of stamina.

The "issue" is that when you get to zero stamina, you can still "run".

but with my fix that takes 2 seconds to put it that is no longer the case.
