Finally Faster Axe

I present to you a faster axe. Now you don't have to nap to cut down a tree. Oh and your axe doesn't weigh as much as Sledge hammer so you don't die of a heart attack swinging it.

The damage is increased, you may change the values if you would like.

I don't understand why they don't have a skill that increases the rate you swing? Like flurry of blows did before they nerfed it :/

Exactly! the first experimental Flurry implemented the swing time. Now with this build its so damn slow..
