I just got a fetch quest from the trader and went to the building. It was one of those suspended buildings and started collapsing as soon as I got near the exclamation mark. So after half the building collapsed I hit the quest mark and the building was miraculously restored.
So the building started collapsing again immediately and I was watching, I saw the satchel in the midst of the building and kept checking back as I dealt with the zombies fleeing the collapsing building like rats on a ship.
Still there, still there as the building continued collapsing. And zombies continued dying, until there were no more animate zombies and the satchel was all alone by itself hanging 6-7 squares up in midair.
Nerdpoled up and got the item and the quest.
Pretty easy.
