Simple in scope, but deep in immersion, Urban Decay by mplogue is in this week's Mod Spotlight!
Urban Decay is an environmental enhancement mod that adds depth and detail to vanilla tiles by adding new features like asphalt patches, power-line cables, graffiti, ivy on poles & walls, general clutter and lots more! Some of these items can be picked up directly into your inventory for resources without having to harvest them. Electrified items like electrical boxes and streetlights now also have a chance to give you a jolt while harvesting them, so don't be shocked when electrical parts don't come so easily. All these small details really add to the immersion factor, lending credibility and authenticity to the existing vanilla tiles.
What if you want to remove some of these added details in order to build or even just clean up? Mplogue has made it so they can be removed in most cases by simply placing a frame on the "point of origin" which is usually the bottom-most block. This behavior is similar to how vanilla road paint works.
