Farm Plot Dirt Texture to Grass

In effort to workaround block chameleon, block connection and biome texture override issues, I was thinking about changing the dirt texture of the Farm Plot to grass. I am assuming this is in the assets file? How would I go about accessing the file needed and finding the entry to replace this texture?
