PC Failed a Treasure Map quest?

I didn't know it was possible.

Do they have a time limit I'm not aware of? I don't see one on the other quest I have active.

I started digging it up one day and had to leave because I was running out of food, and came back another only for it to fail as soon as I stepped into the chest area.

Edit: I had a Lucky Looter magazine active at the time. I have Perception 3 and 3 ranks in Lucky Looter.

Could not confirm this happening. Did advance the time for 8 days per debug menue though, maybe this avoids this feature/bug

Tried digging up the chest. It did not despawn on failure, so, there's that.

Had a Bipod and 5017 Dukes in it.
