Everyone lags or stutters when shooting a weapon

We have a dedicated linux server running 20.3 b3 and every 30 minutes or so we have to restart the server otherwise whenever someone shoots a weapon the games stutters for everyone. If we use something like steel club or sledge it does not stutters.

We tried the following:

1. Disabling mods

2. Increasing cpu cores from 4 to 16

3. Increasing ram from 8 GB to 32 GB

4. Moving to another new server, before it was an Intel i5-11600K and now its on an Intel(R) Xeon(R) Silver 4114

5. Server disk is on a SSD drive.

We dont know what else to do, its unplayable at the way its right now, thanks for any tips or help.

 
In case anyone finds a similar problem in our case we solved by moving our base to another place. Our theory is the huge pit we made caused some problems.
