entity prefabs

I dont really know what you mean, the steps are all there in two videos i think, make the model and textures, rig and animate, export it as always in unity once done then xmls. that should work.

 
a prefab is as much as a prefab for a block, zeds are tons more complex to put togheter but the export from unity is just the same way

 
I am still unsure which part of the setup you are looking for. if you are trying to make a new entity then you srtart with getting the model (mesh and textures) you need to rig it and animate it (can use mixamo) then get it into unity, there you need a controller for the animations setup, then export it and do the xmls part to get the mod working. i think all that is explained in xyths tuts or you can always also check some custom entity mod for reference
